How billing works

  • Paddle is our merchant of record. Paddle sells the paid plans, collects payment and taxes, and sends your receipt. Prices exclude taxes where they apply; the total is shown at checkout.
  • Pro monthly renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Pro lifetime is a single payment with no renewals. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer the Pro plan.
  • Fair use. Pro plans include AI-powered features that cost us money to run, so there is a fair-use limit on how many simulations you can start each month. The limit and when it resets are shown in the app.
  • 14-day refunds. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any purchase, for any reason. See the Refund Policy.
