What’s new

What’s new in Scrumagic

New scenarios, new features and improvements you can see, newest first.

  1. New feature

    Download my data

You can now download a copy of everything we hold about you as one file. It has your account, each run with what you said, decided and wrote, your scorecards, your messages and feedback, and your plan and billing records. Find it in Settings, under Profile.

  2. New feature

    Scrum Jobs

A new Scrum Jobs page lists Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile coach jobs found on job sites around the web. It is updated every day, you can filter and search it, and every job links to the site that listed it.

  3. New feature

    What's new: this page

Each time we change something you can see, such as a new scenario or a better scorecard, we add a short dated note here. You will see it in the bell too, and a scenario that has just arrived carries a New badge for two weeks.

  4. Improvement

Report a problem from any step

If a step gets stuck or something looks wrong, use Report a problem at the bottom of the step page. It sends us the step and where it stands, with a note from you if you want to add one, so we can fix it. We also now look for stuck steps ourselves.

  5. New feature

Download your scorecard as a PDF report

The scorecard page now has an Export PDF report button. The report has your summary, the project at a glance, a competency chart, how you did in each area, the lessons learned and your action items.

It is a record of your practice, not a certificate.

  6. New feature

    The blog is open

Learn Scrum posts explain one idea at a time, with the Scrum Guide and the SBOK Guide side by side. Scrumagic posts show what each scenario, role and step looks like. New posts are published regularly.

  7. Improvement

A new homepage and a page for each role

The homepage now shows real screenshots of a run and a short tour of how one works. There are also pages for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers and teams, each walking through a whole project from that point of view.

  8. Improvement

Tutor Booking has a new version

Every choice in Tutor Booking now leads somewhere: decisions that used to change nothing carry a consequence you meet later, the Product Owner and the Developer have more of their own lines to speak, and the scorecard has a short paragraph for each role.

A run you already started carries on with the version you began, and past scores are not recalculated.

  9. New scenario

Seven more scenarios, from beginner to expert

Seven scenarios join Tutor Booking: E-commerce Storefront, Fitness App, Donation Portal, Mobile Banking App, Logistics API, Hospital Data Platform and Legacy Migration. They run from a beginner web shop to an expert migration of a 15-year-old billing system.

Each has its own team and its own pressures, and every one can be played as the Scrum Master, the Product Owner or a Developer.

  10. New scenario

Tutor Booking: play a whole Scrum project

Tutor Booking is the first scenario. You take a tutoring collective from a sponsor's first request to a launch-ready booking app, step by step, with AI teammates playing the rest of the team.

A run covers five phases and 18 steps and ends with a scorecard that shows how your decisions played out. Phase 1 is free.

  11. New feature

A project unfolds one step a day

Each step now opens the day after the one before it, and you can turn on a reminder to hear when the next one is ready. The spacing is deliberate: it gives you time to look back over a decision before you make the next one.

You can read a finished step and replay its discussion at any time.

  12. New feature

Play as the Scrum Master, the Product Owner or a Developer

Choose the role you want to practise when you start a run. As the Scrum Master you facilitate the team, as the Product Owner you decide what is built and in what order, and as a Developer you estimate, plan and report on the work.

The AI teammates play every other role, so you see the project from the role you chose.
