A run of the simulator, step by step: what you see, what you decide and what the AI teammates do at each stage.
Scrumagic is a Scrum training simulator. You take one role on a six-person team, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Developer, and AI teammates play the other five. You run a fictional project from the sponsor's first request to release, making the calls a real team would face, one step a day.
In Scrumagic you play one of three roles for the whole run: Scrum Master, Product Owner or Developer. The AI plays the rest. The Scrum Master facilitates and removes blockers, the Product Owner decides what is built and in what order, and the Developer estimates and commits. This post explains what each role asks of you and who each suits.
A first Scrumagic run takes you from choosing a project and a role to your first decision at a gate. You meet your team, open the first phase, read the inputs, watch the ceremony and decide. Then you stop, because the next step opens tomorrow. Here is what each screen shows and what to do on it.
